From a young age while growing up in Brazil, I have always been interested in wellness, nutrition, and the connection between food and vitality. Upon moving to the States, I pursued my passion by becoming certified as a Functional Diagnostic Practitioner (FDN Certification Course), as well as a certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition - IIN). My experience has shown that our bodies have the capability to heal most issues they are presented with.

As your functional diagnostic practitioner, my mission is to share with you this understanding that under the right conditions, you too can heal yourself. I believe you deserve to prioritize your health and well-being and I am here to educate, guide and help you feel your best by nourishing multiple aspects of the art of healthy living.
